Hi, my name is Anne Goodall,
Having both worked in the corporate space and in complementary medicine, juggled both family and business and being somebody who ultimately likes to get the most out of life, I understand how stressful it can be to try and achieve it all without going into burnout.
Backtracking to early in my twenties, I was young, ambitious and felt like I could achieve anything. However, life had a bit of a different plan for me and so when I got locked into a hotel bathroom while being away on a business trip, I had what I now know was my first panic attack. However, back then panic attacks werent even on my radar so I attempted to put it under the carpet and get on with life.
