  1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The Core Four is an online educational programme for adults aged 18 years and over. It explores negative expectancy, overthinking, intolerance of ambiguity and uncertainty, and avoidance. It includes educational videos, guided audios, practical exercises and supporting resources.

 

  1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

The programme provides general education and personal-development strategies. It is not individual medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, does not diagnose conditions, and does not establish a therapist–client relationship. It does not replace healthcare or crisis services. Do not change prescribed treatment without your treating professional’s advice.   1. ELIGIBILITY AND HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

The programme is intended for adults aged 18 and over. People experiencing ordinary anxiety do not need routine medical clearance. The programme is not offered to people currently receiving psychiatric treatment, people with epilepsy or a seizure history, or people experiencing active psychosis, mania or significant mental health instability. These are precautionary eligibility restrictions for a self-directed programme, not universal clinical contraindications. The prerecorded audios use gentle relaxation and positive suggestions only; they do not involve regression, memory recovery or trauma processing. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or intoxicated. Stop and seek appropriate support if significant distress or unusual symptoms occur. See the Medical Disclaimer.

 

  1. PAYMENT

Prices are displayed at checkout in AUD. Payments are handled through third-party providers including Stripe. After successful payment, access instructions are provided through the learning platform. Future price changes do not affect completed purchases.

 

  1. LIFETIME ACCESS

The purchase is advertised as including lifetime access. Access is personal and non-transferable. The provider intends to maintain ongoing access and may reasonably update delivery technology. The provider must honour the lifetime-access representation and applicable consumer guarantees; discontinuation or material loss of access may require alternative access or an appropriate remedy. Do not interpret ‘lifetime’ as merely ‘while the programme happens to remain available’ without assessing what was promised to customers.




  1. 21-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Customers may request a refund within 21 calendar days of purchase by emailing info@anne-goodall.com with their name and purchase details. No detailed explanation is required. Eligible requests receive a refund of the amount paid, ordinarily to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Access may end following a full refund. This voluntary guarantee is additional to rights under Australian Consumer Law. Statutory remedies may be available after 21 days.

 

  1. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RESULTS

Participation is voluntary. Work through materials at an appropriate pace. Individual outcomes vary. No particular anxiety or health outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, not assured results.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Videos, guided audios, exercises, writing, graphics and frameworks belong to Anne Goodall, Zumbador Holdings or relevant rights holders. Purchasers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for individual learning. Do not share login details, resell, distribute, publicly upload or commercially reproduce materials without permission, except as permitted by law.

 

  1. TECHNOLOGY

Delivery uses third-party systems including Systeme.io. A suitable device and internet connection are required. Contact info@anne-goodall.com about access issues. Maintenance or outages may occur; statutory consumer remedies remain available.

 

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled for payments, access and programme administration in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and applicable law.

 

  1. CHANGES AND ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

The provider may make reasonable improvements to programme content or delivery. Materially reducing promised content or access may require a remedy. Accounts may be restricted for serious misuse, fraud or unauthorised sharing, with reasonable notice where appropriate and subject to consumer rights.

 

  1. LIABILITY AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of materials or using general educational content in place of personalised healthcare.

 

  1. UPDATES AND GOVERNING LAW

Terms may be updated prospectively without removing existing statutory rights or materially reducing previously promised benefits. Queensland and applicable Commonwealth laws govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
